Duy-Lam Nguyen specializes in the field of contract law, corporate and commercial law and litigation. He regularly assists international companies, start-ups, institutions and foundations in transactions and legal proceedings before the courts.

His academic background includes studies at Harvard Law School, the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) and the Universities of Lausanne and North Carolina. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and two Master’s degrees in Swiss and international law, summa cum laude. Before joining id est avocats, he worked for the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), the Geneva Banking and Finance Law Center (CDBF) and for several years in various law firms in Geneva

Duy-Lam Nguyen works in French, English and German. He has a good knowledge of Vietnamese. He is admitted to practice in Switzerland.
